MoMBA Manifest Success:

The Art & Science of Women’s Leadership, Influence, Management, and Work/Life Flow

You Were Taught to Lead and Achieve with Your Brain—But Now, You Want to Feel Success, Not Just Produce It.

You’ve always excelled. The A+ student, the problem solver, the one who figured things out before anyone else. Your intelligence has been your greatest asset—perhaps as a high-achieving leader in a competitive field, an engineer, scientist, VP, or business owner. Your brain and sheer effort have carried you far, helping you create success, stability, and impact.

But something feels off.

Not only were you taught to lead with your brain, you learned to associate love, approval, and self-worth with performance.
Achieving became more than just a skill—it became your identity. The gold stars, the degrees, the promotions—they weren’t just milestones; they were proof of your value.
You’re doing all the right things—checking the boxes, following the steps, performing at a high level.

Yet, despite all your accomplishments, it doesn’t feel like success.

You crave more than just achievement—you want to feel and enjoy the rewards of your hard work. To experience rest, connection, and abundance without guilt. To finally trust that you are supported, not just relied upon.

So why does it feel so out of reach?

Maybe you’re a mother now, or stepping into a new leadership role. You’ve reached the limits of logic, systems, and relentless execution—and it’s not bringing you the fulfillment you expected.

There’s a whisper inside you, telling you there must be another way to lead, create, and receive. You don’t need to escape your brain—but you do need a way to achieve differently, with ease, alignment, and joy.

I Know This Because I’ve Been There.

For years, I equated my value with getting results through thinking, analyzing, and doing. The harder I worked, the more I achieved. The more I achieved, the more validation I received.

And then motherhood cracked me open and I hit a limit.

After having two boys and a girl, I realized I wanted to fully own how I live my life—not just succeed in it.

I wanted to feel supported, rested, and resourced.

And none of this was going to happen by chance, with another checklist, a better calendar (I’m a pro at telling my calendar what to do…) or system.

The tools that had made me successful in my career weren’t enough anymore.

I needed a different way of leading, creating, and receiving.

And a new way to relate to my emotions and feelings, as these are traditionally seen as a liability in competitive and logic-dominated fields like STEM and business.

Instead, I discovered simple, proven shifts and practices to turn feelings and emotions into leadership superpowers: driving more results while doing less, and feeling better.

The best part? Those shifts took 15-30 minutes a day.

Since 2017, our company and team has helped hundreds of women—especially those in analytical, male-dominated fields like engineering—harmonize career, leadership, and family.

Women who tend to overwork their brains into exhaustion.
And who realize, especially through motherhood and caregiving, that they can’t think and do into joy, satisfaction, and abundance.

At first, I worried they’d find it strange when I introduced concepts like feminine flow, trust, and ease.

After all, these were women trained to control, predict, and solve.

If you’re here, you’ve likely tried…

🔹 Therapy, hoping for clarity—but still feeling stuck in your head

🔹 Productivity hacks, tools, and processes only to find yourself with more rigid systems and a longer to-do list

🔹 Self-improvement books and courses, (mostly written by men) trying to fix what isn’t broken

🔹 Mindset shifts, that worked for a while—until life threw another curveball

🔹 Coaching or mastermind programs, where you’ve seen results! You now understand the power of accountability, mentorship, taking ownership of your calendar, and community—and you’re ready for your next level of evolution

But despite your progress, you still…

❌ Feel trapped in a cycle of overorganizing, overthinking and overworking

❌ Wonder why, after all your effort, things still feel harder than they should

❌ Struggle with trusting yourself, your intuition, and the unknown

❌ Long for a way to create success that feels natural, easeful, and deeply fulfilling

If this resonates, this program is for you.

The Art & Science of Women’s Leadership, Influence, and Results

This is not another leadership program filled with rigid structures, endless to-do lists, or another way to “do more.”

This is a radical shift into easeful, intuitive, and high-impact leadership.

A new paradigm of success—one that allows you to enjoy more while doing less, receive more while controlling less, and create more while efforting less.

This program is divided into two transformative parts:

Part 1: The Art of Manifesting – Imagining, Creating, Receiving

1. I AM – Stepping Into Your True Identity
Step into the identity of a woman who is deeply supported, open to new perspectives (are you willing to see it differently?), and grateful.

Learn to embody the role of the director of your life, shaping your vision and focus with clarity.
New levels of success at work and abundance and calm at home require a new identity, not a new checklist or mathematical process.

We’ll show you the way.

2. Forgiveness – Releasing the Past to Expand the Future
Free yourself from old paradigms by forgiving those who influenced your limiting beliefs—past bosses, caregivers, and even your own choices.

3. Making Room – Creating Space for More
Before you can receive more, you must create space. Declutter your mind, your physical world, and your energy, so new opportunities can flow in with ease.

4. Imagine & Feel – Activating Your Vision
Your imagination is a premium leadership tool. Learn how to embody and feel success before it arrives, so you naturally align with what you want.

5. Expect Magic & Miracles – Cultivating Trust in the Unseen
Like setting water to boil or food on the table, certain outcomes are inevitable. When you trust this deeply, results appear without forcing.

6. Knowing – It Is Already Done
Move from hoping to knowing. This module teaches you how to embody the mindset of certainty, where success is not just possible—it’s inevitable.

7. Trust & Surrender – The Power of Letting Go and the Art of Doing Nothing
Learn the delicate balance of action and allowing. Release control without losing momentum, opening yourself to better results than you imagined. Find stillness in meditation.

8. Embodiment – Small Steps, Big Results
Transformation happens through consistent, aligned action. Learn to integrate these practices into daily life, so they become second nature.

9. When You ‘Mess Up’ – Navigating Setbacks with Grace
Challenges are inevitable. Learn how to course-correct, bounce back, and trust yourself—even when things feel off.

10. The Power of Your Personal Energetic Design
Everything is energy. Open your mind to your personal energetic blueprint to make decisions with more ease.

Now you are ready for part 2!

Leverage these tools for exponential success at work, and connected relationships in your personal life.
