Managing emotions at work, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and territory after mat leave

Season #1 Episode #20

“When you're when we're talking about emotional intelligence, the foundation is recognizing your emotions and understanding how they show up. More and more science is showing how important it is to acknowledge and feel our emotions. So because it's such a huge emotional transition for women, we need to talk about it we need to say like you're going to feel a lot of different, new, and terrifying emotions. All you need to remember is that you're not alone, just make space for those emotions to identify them.”

In this episode, Pros&Babes founder and CEO Kinia Romanowska is joined by Rachel Jones from Kepler Academy to discuss how you can manage drama and your emotions in the workplace.
