STEM mama, is this you?
➥ You've poured your heart and soul into your engineering, corporate, or management career, but sometimes it feels like you're hitting a wall, not reaching the heights you know you're capable of.
➥ Tired of navigating these challenges alone, you crave a supportive community of like-minded individuals who understand your journey.
➥ Despite your expertise, you may still wrestle with doubts about your ability to harmonize career ambitions with motherhood responsibilities.
➥ You're ready for more—for your career, your finances, your overall well-being—and you know it's time to take action to achieve your full potential.
The MoMBA™ is now enrolling!
Our programs are for the decisive woman who knows her worth, isn't just a newbie in her career, and is empowered to make financial decisions on her own or knows that her partner will support her decision. Deep down, you know you have incredible value to offer, but you don't always know how to communicate it with confidence. Motherhood has profoundly shifted your sense of identity, and you're not sure how to square your career with family life.
With investments and a pension plan already in place, you understand the value of strategic decisions, and you're hungry for the next level of success. You cherish time with your family but also crave the fulfillment of making a significant impact in your career.
The MoMBA™ is your ticket to achieving all this and more. With the right community, systems, accountability, and curriculum, you'll save precious time and gain the support you need to tackle overwhelm head-on. You'll no longer have to navigate the challenges alone; instead, you'll have a community of like-minded women cheering you on every step of the way.
However, this program isn't for everyone. If you're not willing to invest in changing your mindset, seeing things differently, and seeking professional support, then the MoMBA™ may not be the right fit for you. But if you're ready to embrace growth, transformation, and success on your own terms, then welcome home, mama. We can't wait to see you thrive!
And remember, this is not your typical moms group. Here, we don't simply complain about how the system is rigged against us. We work together to engineer a better world for ourselves and our children. While we support each other through the tears, we are action- and solution-focused. We seek therapy, and we show up in the MoMBA program ready for support and action! This is not a space to vent and complain without solutions.

ALLOWS WOMEN WITH CAREGIVING DUTIES TO REACH THEIR LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL
"In a world of leadership programs, the MoMBA focuses on how we bring our professional and personal worlds together. It allows women with caregiving duties to reach their leadership potential. This is a priority because we have unique perspectives and skills as a result of being caregivers. The return on investment is most apparent in a female leaders' ability to lead and grow individuals on their teams, which in turn grows an organization."
Amanda, P. Engineer
HUGE VALUE FOR EVERY AREA OF YOUR LIFE
"For me, the gains over a lifetime with just being able to make these shifts in your mindset is huge: if it makes my relationship better with my husband and makes that relationship better with my daughter and makes me a better employee, and makes me less stressed out for the rest of my life... all of those gains become huge. That investment is not really that big when you consider all of those different aspects changing in your life. It's a huge value for every area of your life, there's very few things that can really have an effect on every single piece of of the way in which you move through the world."
Joelle, Software Developer
I AM A SUPERMOM
"I had finally found a community of like-minded women wanting to be amazing mothers, and continue to do amazing things with our professional careers... I wanted to be a part of that community to learn from these women, to share the wisdom and grace that I have personally and have never previously given myself credit for. And to show up for myself, instead of just doing what everyone else wants me to do. I am a supermom, even though it sometimes doesn't feel like it, even though it's often a struggle to just get through the day."
Patricia, Engineer
MY MINDSET HAS CHANGED DRASTICALLY
"My mindset has changed drastically. I have better work and family life integration, and I'm implementing the necessary support systems. I see great progress in the four years I have been part of the program. As an extremely busy professional in a dual career couple, I can attend the program because the schedule is very flexible with calls, sessions pre-planned in my calendar, and consuming content at my own pace."
Jazmin, Risk Manager
